What counts as an unforeseen life challenge?
- Losing your job when it's not your fault
- Changes in your family dynamic, such as a divorce or the loss of a family member
- Experiencing a significant and unexpected event, like an accident, a major incident, or being the target of a crime
- A sudden alteration in your income or unanticipated medical expenses
